The email spammers are back PDF Print E-mail

We have been informed that these criminals are using our domain name for spam again. We can only assure the community that we do not illicit/sell email addresses or engage in virus/email spam distribution. If you receive an email claiming to be from <some_name>@bigape.co.uk or the "The Bigape Support Team" we can assure you that it is certainly not from us. Please be aware that most of these fake emails appear to have attachments infected with the W32/MyTob.GV.Worm.

Sadly, these domain name "Joe Job" criminals are almost untraceable as most emails are sent from near-anonymous household DSL connections in Poland and other Eastern European countries. Perhaps one day these people will leave us in peace but until then we can only offer our sympathy and assure you that we share your annoyance.
